We want you to love your Owala gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
